How do I exercise the right of withdrawal of purchased goods?

The consumer* has the right to withdraw from the purchase of all products purchased through the Web service, within 14 working days from the day of their receipt, unless the products, delivered sealed, have not been put into operation and are the original integrity of the goods maintained. Pursuant to art. 5 commas 4-8 del D.Lgs. 22 maggio 1999, n.185, the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the established deadline, a written communication to the geographical address of the supplier's headquarters by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email. The costs relating to returning the goods to the sender are the responsibility of the buyer. In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, the supplier is required to reimburse the sums paid by the consumer within thirty days from the date on which the supplier became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Schepis Model undertakes to reimburse the Customer within seven working days of receipt of the goods at its warehouse.

* Pursuant to D.Lgs. 22 maggio 1999, n.185, 'Consumer' means the natural person who [...] acts for purposes not related to any professional activity carried out.

How to practice:

1) Fill in a signed declaration showing your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal with the number and date of the purchase invoice clearly highlighted and the bank details on which to obtain the bank transfer (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder ). This declaration must be sent to:

2) Contact the commercial service by telephone (+39 090625037) or by email to obtain the authorization number necessary to carry out the shipment.

3) Affix the authorization number externally on the package in a legible position, carefully package the materials in order to safeguard the original packaging of the products from any damage, writing or affixing of labels.

4) Send the goods at your own expense, to the following address:

5) Only products authorized and received carriage paid (i.e. with transport costs borne by the sender) to the Schepis Model headquarters contained in the original packaging and intact in every part will be refunded.
