All orders received and paid by 11.00 am and whose material is available are processed within the same day. Orders received in the afternoon are processed the following day. If bank transfer or check is chosen as the payment method, orders will be held until payment is verified. Shipments are normally processed via courier throughout the national territory. Deliveries usually take place within 24/48 hours of shipment, barring unforeseen circumstances. Attention: Orders received and processed on holidays, weekdays and weekends are shipped on the first working day. In case of cash on delivery, Schepis Model reserves the right to request further information and/or documentation from the customer, proving the identity of the orderer, in order to avoid and prevent problems during delivery and payment to the carrier. As a consequence of the above, processing times for orders requiring cash on delivery may be longer.
In the event of tampering and/or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by placing the words "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods according to the methods established by the operator chosen for the shipment and/or delivery and/or by the operator and according to the terms of the general conditions of sale, published on our site.
In the event that the customer does not collect the goods ordered and in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 (five) working days due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same order will be cancelled. and storage costs will be charged, to be quantified from time to time.
